We are looking to add a Recruiter to our team at Secure Staffing, LLC. We are a growing company looking for top talent to help build the next generation. Objectives of this Role

·Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations

·Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent

·Grow relationships with a database of qualified active talent to pull from as new positions open up

·Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies

·Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent,

·Plan, create, and release job descriptions

·Network and build contacts to source candidates

 

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities

·Develop and release job postings on multiple platforms

·Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business

·Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation

·Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired, and fired employees, and other candidate relationships

·Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database

·Attend job fairs and hiring events to discuss open positions and make suggestions on how to get hired

 

Experience Desired

·Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

·Demonstrated ability to establish effective cooperative working relationships built on trust

·High School Diploma or equivalent required

·Excellent organizational and time management skills

·Comfortable making decisions independently

·Proficient computer knowledge

·Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods

·Understanding of employment laws and regulations

·Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and CRM’s

·Excellent customer service skills

·Passion for finding untapped talent

·Industrial, Hospitality, Skilled Trades background preferred

·Self- Motivated/ Go Getter Attitude
