With 25+ years of being in the business, this industrial fabrication company is looking for an individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and who will continuously grow themselves with and within the industry.
Qualifications:
·Mechanical skills including (plus) mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshoot/repair and maintenance of production machines
·4+ years of experience/training or education in mechanical field
·2 years in a supervisory role
·Basic math skills in fractions, percentages, ratios & proportions
·Basic computer skills and familiarity with Office, Outlook, & Excel
Job Duties:
·Ability to lift 50 lbs
·Install, maintain, & troubleshoot production machines & facility equipment
·Scheduled & emergency repairs on production equipment & plant facilities
·Simple machinist duties
·Comply & maintain clean work areas staying compliant with regulations
·Track and maintain records of all maintenance & repairs
·Control budget, hours, and delegation of workloads
·Ensure processes and procedures are compliant
·Maintain inventory, order supplies, and verify invoices
·Ability to use: plasma cutter, mig, tig, & arc welder, oxyacetylene torch, chop saw, grinder, drill press, clamps, and hand/power tools
·Design and fabricate parts to meet unusual/special needs of DPS
