PAY- $16-$18 per hour
Do you enjoy selling home insurance? Do you find joy in helping people protect their homes and cars? Do you also have a sense of humor? Then this might be the job for you! We’re seeking an Insurance Producer with a 440 license in Lehigh Acres who enjoys putting a smile on people’s faces. Your main objective will be to generate new business and provide excellent customer service, the byproduct is a good time while doing it!
Qualifications:
- Active 440 license
- 1 year in home and auto insurance
- Experience with EPIC and Excel (because technology is both a blessing and a curse)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (because you’ll need to talk to people, and sometimes they talk back)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills (because life is chaotic enough without missing deadlines)
Job Duties:
- Recommend and educate clients on insurance products that will make them feel all warm and fuzzy inside (or at least warm)
- Provide top-notch customer service that makes our clients think they’re our only client (even if they’re not)
- Work with our underwriting team to make sure everything is legal and above board (no funny business allowed)
- Keep up-to-date on insurance industry trends and changes, because knowledge is power (and power is a great way to negotiate better rates)
- Develop a sales plan that’s so good, it should be illegal (but it’s not, because that would be bad)
