Objectives of this Role
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Schedule jobs to best maximize team production
- Build customer relations
- Pull local permits for HVAC projects
- Ensure proper permit follow up
- Review reports for accuracy
- Assist in other tasks as requested by management
- Create systems and procedures by analyzing practices, record keeping systems, and forms.
- Maintain confidentiality & professionalism on behalf of the company, its clients, and its employees
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Florida construction permitting and regulation
- Familiar with Lee, Collier, Charlotte County and local municipal permit processes
- Qualified, up to date notary, a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Values respect and trust
- Self discoverer – anticipates needs and acts accordingly
- Proficient in gathering info
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Basic computer skills, Service Titan a plus
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Bilingual a plus
