Preferred qualifications include:
- Handy man experience, or comparable
- Basic understanding of common hand tools, power tools, and essential tools
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to learn hands on
- Ability to follow directions
- Efficient and execute tasks in timely manner
- Integrity
- Valid DL and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check
Job Duties:
- Perform basic home repairs and small projects (varies)
- Report to job sites early
- Keep workspace and surrounding areas clean and in better condition
- Greets customers in a friendly manner. Provides fast and efficient service. Thanks, customer
- Provide professional experience for customers
- Effectively communicate customer concerns to supervisor in timely manner
- Deliver excellent customer service and engaging with customers and provide guidance during projects
- All other duties are based on business & project needs
- Lift up to 15 pounds.
RATE OF PAY- $17
HOURS- Tuesday- Friday 8am to 4pm (subjectively)
